Recommend UK based web hosts?

Im looking for a decent host, good UK ping and good price deal. I require pretty much the full deal with linux cpanel(latest version) SQL databases, email, subdomains etc etc

My friend ownes this company and his prices are really low. He has the servers but does cheap hosting and makes his money off of web design. If i were you i would go with him… I live in the US and i host with him!!

I can understand why you would want UK but US hosts are just as fast to ping in most instances.
