Does hosting coming with WordPress?

When you pay for WordPress, does hosting coming with it? I know you have to pay for the url, but does that hosting come with it as well or do I need to find another site for hosting?
It does, but the url is something like wordpress.com/whateveryourwebsitenameis/somethingelserandom.
So yes, you could send your link to someone, but it would be hard to remember. If you wanted something like myblog.com, you would have to pay for it.
