You just have to select windows hosting (instead of linux which is selected by default). This option is located on top of the plans description. I would even recommend you the Deluxe hosting, because it allows you to host multiple domains on the same account, so you can add your personal site or others to the same account. (you just have to buy additional domain names).

A 200 page website inclusive of text and pictures would require about 50 Mb of space or even less. Ideally the amount of bandwidth you should go for is 1Gb to 5Gb. This would be more than adequate.
