What is the easiest way to copy my WordPress blogs to a new hosting company?

I am changing hosting companies and would like to move my WordPress Blogs over. Does anyone know of an easy way to accomplish this?
Backup your data and then upload it to the new hosting account.

Install wordpress, then use the import/export feature. Export from the old blog, import to the new.

Download via FTP from current host:
– uploads/ folder
– current used theme
Go to admin control panel then go to "Tools" -> "Export" and export the whole database.
Go to the new host, fresh install a WordPress.
Upload all the uploads/ folder files and the theme file
Go to the new WordPress control panel and use the same method "Tools" -> "Import" and import the database. Activate the theme and voila!
